Gives = You the advertiser will give, perform on the client.
Receives = You the advertiser will let your client do to you, on you.
More information:
You will see on ads or when you edit your ad options to select giving/receiving on some services. This is made so you can select if you, Give and/or Receive.
Example 1.
CIM / Cum in mouth
Gives = You the advertiser will "Cum in mouth" of your client, which means you will or can sperm your client in the mouth, you will need to be a man to give this service, most likely.
Receives = You the advertiser will let your client "Cum in your mouth", you can be a woman or a man.
Advertisers setting:
A female advertiser would then have her ad settings set like this.

Gives = You the advertiser will "Piss on your client".
Receives = You the advertiser will let your client "Piss on you"
